Concentration principle
The concentration principle is an ambiguous term in German criminal procedural law . He stands for
- the concentration of certain proceedings in a panel mainly dealing with these, see principle of concentration (business distribution) and
- Concentration of the main negotiation over time by avoiding interruptions that are too long, see principle of concentration (main negotiation)
