The Korean Movie Database (short kmdb , Hangul : 한국 영화 데이터베이스 ) is a South Korean online - database with information on Korean films , including documentaries and animated films, as well as actors, directors and further Concerned of movies personnel. It was launched in February 2006 by the Korean Film Archive .
Numerous films (as of 2020: almost 500) from the 20th century can be streamed via the site . The Korean version of the website offers even more information, e.g. on film festivals and film magazines.
