The Kornmarkt 10 building was a listed residential building in Stendal in Saxony-Anhalt .

It was located on the north side of the Kornmarkt street in the old town of Stendal. To the east is the Kornmarkt 9 house, which is also listed and still preserved today .
history
The building was originally number 158. Between 1876 and 1920 the restaurant Zum Roland or Zum Luftkreuzer was located in the building . It was later used as a Krafft department store . At the site of the building, today's new building facing the street was erected in 1997. It is owned by the Ullrich family, who run a fourth generation stationery shop there. The stationery trade was founded in September 1878 by Gustav Ullrich in house Markt 4 as a bookbindery .
In the local register of monuments , the house was recorded as a monument under registration number 094 75823 .
