Kotri (Sindhi: ڪوٽڙي, Urdu: کوٹری) is the administrative seat of Thesil Kotri of the Jamshoro District in Sindh Province in Pakistan . It lies on the right bank of the Indus . As an important railway junction, Kotri is connected to Hyderabad on the opposite bank by a bridge . Founded as a parish in 1854, the town has jute mills and factories that manufacture telephone and telegraph equipment.

Jute is processed in Kotri. There are also factories that make telephone and telegraph equipment. The area around Kotri offers irrigation facilities for rice, wheat and cotton. A dam controls the Indus floods, generates electricity and irrigates the soil in the region.
