The Króksfjörður is one of the southernmost fjords of the Westfjords of Iceland .
This wide and short fjord is an offshoot of Breiðafjörður and lies north of Gilsfjörður and south of Berufjörður . South of this fjord is the headland of Króksfjarðarnes with the settlement of the same name. The Vestfjarðavegur
extending along its east coast with the junction to Djúpvegur
