The Kranzhaus is a residential complex of the Allgemeine Deutsche Schiffszimmerer-Genossenschaft in Hamburg's Jarrestadt . The brick-clad building was designed in 1930 by Alfredo Puls and Emil Richter. It is bordered by Großheidestraße, Stammannstraße, Meerweinstraße and Martin-Haller-Ring. The complex is under monument protection (ID 21454) and comprises 146 apartments between 46 and 79 m².

The original Kranzhaus, located on the Schiffbauerbrook until it was demolished for the construction of the Speicherstadt in 1884, was the seat of the ship carpenters' guild and the self-organized support organizations. Sickness and old age benefits as well as widow's and orphan's pensions were financed from the weekly mandatory contributions of the members.

The baroque house replaced a previous building that burned down in 1684.

According to legend, the name goes back to a merchant's daughter, whose fiancé died on his first trip and who remained unmarried. The house was adorned with a wreath in her memory.

With the loss of the importance of wooden shipbuilding, the facility's assets were ultimately used to build a housing cooperative, which was founded in 1875 in the Kranzhaus.
