Cratine ion
The Kratineion (also Kratineus ; Latin cratineus ) is in the ancient Verslehre one after the Greek poet Cratinus named meter of Attic comedy . The verse is composed of the 1st glyconeus and the catalectic trochaic dimeter and accordingly has the scheme

The corresponding connection with 3rd Glyconeus is called Eupolideion .
