Eupolideion
The Eupolideion ( Latin Eupolideus ) is in the ancient Verslehre one after the Greek poet Eupolis named meter of Attic comedy . The verse is composed of the 3rd glyconeus and the catalectic trochaic dimeter and thus has the scheme

Evidence can be found in Diphilus and Menander .
The corresponding connection with the 1st glycone is called the cratine ion .
