The Kreuzkopfschanzen in Bad Griesbach consist of two small ski jumps of the category K 10 (children's hill ), K 28 (school jump) and a middle hill of the category K 57 (Kreuzkopfschanze) and are covered with plastic mattings.

history

In 1954, the Bad Griesbach Ski Guild Association built the Kreuzkopfschanze and had it covered with plastic mats in 1966/67. The K 46.5 hill was inaugurated in September 1967 with a course for the German national team. The opening competition of the hill took place on July 6th and 7th, 1968.

In 1969 the K 28 school jump was built. This was also covered with plastic matting. In 1983/84 both ski jumps were rebuilt. The new K 57 hill was renewed at the landing in 2005. A year later the two small jumps were rebuilt. Between 2008 and 2009 the inrun tower of the K 57 ski jump was renovated.

Since 1968 there has been an annual mat jumping event, which has been under the sponsorship of Georg Thoma since 1989 .
