description

The very distinctive urban war memorial at the intersection stands for the fallen of the First World War . The monument is an obelisk in shape and stands on a stepped plinth . The appearance clearly shows that this monument is entirely in the tradition of the 19th century. The obelisk is surrounded by four grenades on the base and is crowned by an eagle , on the front there are the names of the fallen soldiers of the place and an iron cross . The area around the war memorial was designed as a system and is completely framed with a lattice fence. At the request of the Klüdener, the war memorial is centrally located at the entrance to the village.
