Kristin Bührig (* 1964 in Haspe ) is a German specialist in German .

Life

After receiving his doctorate in 1994, reformulating actions. In order to analyze linguistic adaptation processes in institutional communication in Hamburg , she represented professorships in Dortmund and Essen . From 2006 to 2007 she taught as a professor (W2) for German linguistics with a focus on pragmatics and media communication at the University of Duisburg-Essen . Since 2007 she has been Professor of German Linguistics with a focus on German as a Foreign and Second Language at the University of Hamburg .

Her focus areas are linguistics of German as a second and foreign language, contrastive linguistics, multilingual communication, translational action, institutional communication and intercultural communication.
