Crocodile (heraldic animal)

The crocodile is in the heraldry an emblem .

The common figure is usually depicted walking with its mouth open, its usual color is green as heraldic tincture or in natural colors , which is then depicted as brown - as always in heraldry, however, any other color is also possible.
