Kruger Inc. is a Canadian company that mainly manufactures wood products such as paper (cloths), flooring, and others. It was founded in 1904 by Joseph Kruger and, in addition to its headquarters in Montreal, has branches in the Canadian provinces of Alberta , British Columbia , Newfoundland and Labrador , Ontario and Québec , as well as in the USA and Great Britain . The company employs around 10,000 people worldwide.

The management of the company has so far remained in the hands of the family, after Joseph Kruger’s son Gene Kruger it was taken over by his son Joseph Kruger II, who has it to this day (as of 2007).
