Kurt Paur
Kurt Paur (* after 1893 in the USA; date and place of death unknown) was an Austrian pianist and music teacher.
The son of the composer Emil Paur was born in his time as conductor of the Boston Symphony Orchestra in the USA. He studied with Ernst von Dohnanyi in Berlin, where he also made his debut as a pianist. This was followed by appearances as a piano soloist with the Vienna Philharmonic . He became a professor at the Berlin University of Music and performed as a guest with the Yost String Quartet . He later made a guest appearance in the USA.
