• Ulrich Loewenheim (* 1934), German legal scholar
• Walter Loewenheim (1896–1977; also Walter Lowe, pseudonyms Miles, Kurt Berger and Kurt Menz), German socialist politician, founder and theoretician of the group new beginnings and resistance fighters against National Socialism
