La Chinoise is a Swiss pasta brand that was created in 1861 when the company of the same name was founded in Nyon .

The brand was created in 1861 when the company of the same name was founded in Nyon . In 1996 the brand was taken over by the food company Hero . The pasta manufacturer Pasta Premium AG in Frauenfeld has owned the trademark rights since 2004 .

La Chinoise is one of the traditional Swiss pasta brands. Swiss free-range eggs have been used exclusively since 2011 .

Types of pasta

The La Chinoise brand includes spaghettini, extra-wide pasta, papillons, lanterns, nouillettes and horns in the variants Royale and fine as well as nitchines in sizes 2 and 6 millimeters.
