Lagrange price for continuous optimization

The Lagrange Prize for Continuous Improvement ( English Lagrange Prize in Continuous Optimization ), named after Joseph-Louis Lagrange , is jointly organized by the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) and the Mathematical Optimization Society awarded (MOS) award in the field mathematical optimization . This international prize is awarded every three years; the first award ceremony took place in 2003. The prize money is 1,500 euros.
