Lambert (son of Mieszko I.)

Lambert (* around 981 ?; † after 992) was a son of Mieszko I of Poland and Oda von Haldensleben .

He was only mentioned in the Dagome iudex (around 991). After his father's death in 992 he was expelled from Poland by his half-brother Bolesław I, along with his mother and siblings. No further information has come down about him.

Possibly he was identical to Bishop Lambert of Krakow, who officiated around 1030.
