The Lamnso (own name Lamnsɔ ' ) is the language of the Nso people from Cameroon .

A few also live in Nigeria . Lamnso is a grassland language with ten main nominal classes. The ISO 639-3 code is lns. This language is still spoken by over 100,000 people.
