The country's Civil Service Law Berlin ( LBG ) controls in addition to the official state law the employment relationship of state officials to the State of Berlin or to a country close corporation, institution or foundation under public law in a civil service stand. It contains rights and obligations and regulates the process from appointment to dismissal . In addition, it contains statements on the topics of subsidies , the state personnel committee, excess personnel and the disciplinary procedure . It explains the status of employer.
