Dombras is a French commune with 138 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meuse department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Verdun and is part of the canton of Montmédy (until 2015: canton of Damvillers ).

Dombras is located about 34 kilometers north-northeast of Verdun . Dombras is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Delut in the north and northwest, Rupt-sur-Othain and Grand-Failly in the north and northeast, Merles-sur-Loison in the south and east, Damvillers in the southwest and Vittarville in the west.
