Louppy-sur-Loison is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Juvigny-sur-Loison in the north, Iré-le-Sec in the northeast, Remoiville in the east, Brandeville in the south and southwest, Muryaux in the southwest and Mouzay in the west and southwest.
