Belrupt-en-Verdunois is a French commune with 572 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meuse department in the Grand Est region (before 2016: Lorraine ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Verdun , the canton Verdun-2 (until 2015: canton Verdun-Est ) and the community association Communauté de communes du Val de Meuse et de la Vallée de la Dieue .

Belrupt-en-Verdunois is about four kilometers east-southeast of the city center of Verdun . Belrupt-en-Verdunois is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Moulainville in the north and east, Châtillon-sous-les-Côtes in the east and south-east, Sommedieue in the south and south-east, Haudainville in the south and Verdun in the west.
