Lissey is a French commune with 111 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meuse department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Verdun and is part of the canton of Montmédy (until 2015: canton of Damvillers ).

Lissey is located about 33 kilometers north-north-west of Verdun . Lissey is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bréhéville in the north and west, Vittarville in the east and northeast, Peuvillers in the southeast and Écurey-en-Verdunois in the south and southwest.
