Pintheville is a French commune with 110 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meuse department in the Grand Est region (until 2015: Lorraine ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Verdun , the canton Étain (until 2015: canton Fresnes-en-Woëvre ) and the municipality association Territoire de Fresnes-en-Woëvre . Pintheville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Hennemont in the north, Pareid in the northeast, Maizeray in the southeast, Riaville in the south, Fresnes-en-Woëvre in the southwest and Ville-en-Woëvre in the northwest.

Church of the Assumption
  • Church of the Assumption (Église de l'Assomption-de-la-Vierge): The first church was destroyed in the 17th century during the Thirty Years War . The second church was built in 1877, also destroyed in World War I and rebuilt in 1927.
