Béthincourt is about 14 kilometers northwest of Verdun . Béthincourt is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Gercourt-et-Drillancourt in the north and north-east, Forges-sur-Meuse in the east, Cumières-le-Mort-Homme in the south-east, Esnes-en-Argonne in the south and south-west, Malancourt in the west and Cuisy in the Northwest.
