Étraye is a French commune with 39 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meuse department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Verdun and is part of the canton of Montmédy (until 2015: canton of Damvillers ). The inhabitants are called Étrayens .

geography

Étraye is about 28 kilometers north of Verdun . Étraye is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Réville-aux-Bois in the north and west, Damvillers in the east and north-east, Wavrille in the south and east and Cosenvoye in the south-west.
