Belleville-sur-Meuse is a French commune with 3,092 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meuse department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). It is located in the arrondissement of Verdun and in the canton of Belleville-sur-Meuse (until 2015: canton of Charny-sur-Meuse ). The inhabitants are called Bellevillois (es) .

Belleville-sur-Meuse is a banlieue in the north of Verdun on the Maas river (French: Meuse ). Belleville-sur-Meuse is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Charny-sur-Meuse in the north and north-west, Bras-sur-Meuse in the north, Fleury-devant-Douaumont in the north-east, Eix in the east, Verdun in the south and Thierville-sur-Meuse in the West.
