Gremilly is a French commune with 40 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meuse department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Verdun and is part of the canton of Montmédy (until 2015: canton of Damvillers ).

Gremilly is about 23 kilometers north-northeast of Verdun . Gremilly is surrounded by the neighboring communities Azannes-et-Soumazannes in the north and west, Billy-sous-Mangiennes in the north and northeast, Loison in the east and northeast, Gincrey in the east and southeast, Maucourt-sur-Orne in the south and Ornes in the south and Southwest.
