Pillon is a French commune with 264 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meuse department in the Grand Est region (before 2016: Lorraine ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Verdun and the Canton of Bouligny (until 2015: Canton Spincourt ).

Pillon is about 36 kilometers northeast of Verdun . Pillon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sorbey in the north, Rouvrois-sur-Othain in the east, Duzey in the east and south-east, Billy-sous-Mangiennes in the south, Mangiennes in the west and south-west and Saint-Laurent-sur-Othain in the north-west.
