Cuisy is a French commune with 46 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meuse department in the Grand Est region (before 2016: Lorraine ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement Verdun , the canton Clermont-en-Argonne (until 2015: canton Montfaucon-d'Argonne ) and the municipality association Argonne-Meuse .

Cuisy is about 30 kilometers northwest of Verdun . Cuisy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Septsarges in the north, Gercourt-et-Drillancourt in the east and northeast, Béthincourt in the south and southeast, Malancourt in the south and Montfaucon-d'Argonne in the west.
