Forges-sur-Meuse is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Gercourt-et-Drillancourt in the north and north-west, Consenvoye in the north and north-east, Brabant-sur-Meuse in the east, Regnéville-sur-Meuse in the east and south-east, Cumières-le-Mort- Homme to the south and southwest and Béthincourt to the west.
