Saint-Hilaire-en-Woëvre is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Marchéville-en-Woëvre in the north and north-west, Harville in the north and north-east, Labeuville in the east and north-east, Doncourt-aux-Templiers in the south and south-east, Hannonville-sous-les- Côtes in the south and south-west, Herbeuville in the south-west and Saulx-lès-Champlon in the west.
