Grimaucourt-en-Woëvre is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Moranville in the north and west, Herméville-en-Woëvre in the east and north-east, Ville-en-Woëvre in the east and south-east, Manheulles in the south and south-east, Watronville in the south and south-west, Châtillon- sous-les-Côtes in the southwest and Blanzée in the west.
