The original building

The old wing as a two-storey building with a central projection with an attic and gable under a hipped roof was built from 1896 to 1899. In the middle of the building with a simple late-historical facade bears a ridge tower with a pointed helmet. The portal has a retracted volute gable with the year 1897.

In the years 1909 to 1911, a three-storey cubic building was also built under a high hipped roof with the name Zahlstock according to the plans of the architects Siegfried Theiss and Hans Jaksch . The facade shows double large pilaster strips, the staircase has a four-flight four-pillar staircase. In the 1930s, this wing was structurally connected to the old wing with a connecting wing.

Further alterations and extensions were made with a west wing from 1963 to 1966 and a north wing from 1980 to 1986. The last extension was made in 2006 in the west and was built according to the plans of the architects Maurer & Partner ZT GmbH. It houses two interdisciplinary ward wards, a sleep laboratory, gynecology and obstetrics, including delivery rooms, outpatient and treatment rooms. The new west wing was an essential part of the renovation and expansion of the clinic, which took place from 2006 to 2012 and cost around 54 million euros.

Chapel of the Holy Trinity

The chapel was built into the old wing in 1903. The hall with a flat ceiling has a groin vaulted square choir. The stained glass and the furnishings are from the construction period. The altar table in historicist-secessionist style has kneeling angel statues and a crucifix on the staff. Above it is a relief God the Father in the arched field . The side altars have niche statues of Saints Joseph and Mary. There are pictures of the Way of the Cross framed by stucco and round medallions with saints.
