Feldkirch Regional Court (Bavarian administrative unit)

The Feldkirch Regional Court was an older Bavarian regional court that existed from 1805 to 1814 and was based in Feldkirch in the Austrian state of Vorarlberg . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

Since the area around Feldkirch became part of the Kingdom of Bavaria in 1805, the Feldkirch Regional Court was established through an administrative reorganization of Bavaria . This came to the newly founded Illerkreis with the capital Kempten .
