Farmer / Rohmer
Der Landmann / Rohmer is a legal commentary on the German trade regulations and other legal texts published by CHBeck . It was founded by Robert von Landmann and Ernst Rohmer and is now organized as a loose-leaf collection .
Volume I contains a comprehensive and practical commentary on the trade regulations, Volume II includes all important commercial subsidiary laws and regulations based on the GewO. Volume III with environmental law was published in the 1970s .
The first edition of the commentary by Robert von Landmann and Gustav Rohmer appeared in 1883 under the title Commentary on the Trade Regulations for the German Empire and is continued to this day as a loose-leaf collection with comments. Landmann / Rohmer, Gewerbeordnung is the oldest, continuously updated and revised legal textbook in Germany.
