Landscape near Weiz

Landscha bei Weiz is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Thannhausen in Styria .

The place is located north of Weiz on a hill from which you have a good view of the urban area of Weiz. Due to its proximity to Weiz and its quiet location, Landscha is a popular local recreation area.

history

The earliest written document is from 1295 and is "Lentschey". The name goes back to the Slavic lociča (floodplain, moist ground).
