The Landscape Park Bindermichl-Spallerhof is an 8.3 hectare landscape park in the Waldegg district of Linz between the districts and the former statistical districts of Bindermichl and Spallerhof . It owes its creation to the Bindermichl enclosure on the Mühlkreisautobahn (A7) that runs there in 2006.

Construction work on the surface design of the A7 housing at Bindermichl in August 2006.
Center with playgrounds (2010)

Originally the districts of Bindermichl and Spallerhof were separated from each other by the Mühlkreisautobahn. By enclosing the A7, it was possible to build a landscape park on top of the plating, which was opened on June 30, 2007. The landscape park, which was planted with 755 trees, as well as shrubs and flower beds, is divided into three sub-areas. The southern park area is primarily intended for children and has a water playground (pumps, sluices and channels), a sandy landscape with play equipment and large lawns. The center of the park around the ramps of the roundabout offers recreational opportunities, especially for young people. There are soccer and beach volleyball courts , a skate park , a fun court and a climbing garden . The north of the park is primarily used for relaxation and, in addition to numerous seating options, also offers exercise therapy for the elderly.
