Iserlohn nature reserve type B
The Iserlohn Type B landscape protection area with an area of 250 ha is located in the Märkischer Kreis in the area of the city of Iserlohn . It was designated in 1997 by the district council of the Märkischer Kreis with the landscape plan No. 4 Iserlohn as a landscape protection area (LSG) of type B (special landscape protection). The LSG goes to the edge of the settlement.

Protection purpose
The designation was carried out to maintain, develop or restore the efficiency and functionality of the natural balance or the regenerative and sustainable usability of natural assets, including the protection of habitats and habitats. Legal regulations
In the LSG, among other things, the construction of buildings and the plowing of grassland are prohibited. Furthermore, first afforestation and the new planting of Christmas tree cultures, ornamental branches and tree nursery cultures outside the forest are prohibited.
