The Iserlohn Type B landscape protection area with an area of ​​250  ha is located in the Märkischer Kreis in the area of ​​the city of Iserlohn . It was designated in 1997 by the district council of the Märkischer Kreis with the landscape plan No. 4 Iserlohn as a landscape protection area (LSG) of type B (special landscape protection).
