Fallow areas are to be mowed in sections every three years to prevent encroachment. Mowing must not take place before August 1st in order not to destroy broods. When mowing, the cuttings must be transported away. If necessary, fruit trees should be replanted on orchards. Dead fruit trees are to be left as habitat trees.
