Description of the area
The landscape protection area, designated in 1973, covers an area of 0.03 square kilometers and is located south of the crossroad completely in the area of the municipality of Ihlow . The landscape protection area consists mainly of moderately to severely degenerated residual raised bog areas in the area north of the lightning lowlands .
