Strullbachtal landscape protection area
The landscape protection area Wickeder Ruhraue / Feldflur Beringhof / Nesselbruch with 92 hectares is located in the municipality of Wickede (Ruhr) in the district of Soest . The area was designated as a landscape protection area (LSG) by the district council in 2006 with the landscape plan V Ense-Wickede . The LSG is located west of Wickede. The LSG goes to the edge of the settlement. The LSG borders the Schafhauser Haar landscape protection area in the north . In the west the LSG goes to the district border.
description
The LSG comprises the Strullbachtal with adjacent forest areas as well as agricultural areas with grassland and fields west of Wiehagen on the border with the Unna district. The border runs in the north along the street "An der Kuckelburg" and in the west along the street "Grünenbaum". In the LSG there are partially small-scale, often extensively used grasslands. The area has pronounced terrace edges and locations close to the groundwater. There are natural forests. In the open country there are hedges, bushes and orchards. There are streams, ditches and swamps with reed beds in the LSG. Former quarries are also in the area.
Protection purpose
As with other LSGs, the designation was carried out in the landscape plan area to maintain or restore the efficiency of the natural balance; because of the diversity, uniqueness or beauty of the landscape or because of its special importance for recreation. For this LSG, the special importance of the area as a networking and retreat area within an intensively used agricultural landscape was listed.
Legal regulations
As in the other landscape protection areas in the landscape planning area, the LSG prohibits the construction of structures. The Lower Nature Conservation Authority can issue exceptional permits for buildings of all kinds. As in the other landscape protection areas, the LSG prohibits the creation of Christmas trees , ornamental branches and tree nursery cultures . It z. B. also forbidden to remove or damage trees, shrubs, hedges, field or riparian trees.
