The country team of Germans from Hungary (LDU) is an association of expellees based in Munich . The Landsmannschaft is a member of the Federation of Expellees (BdV). Since May 8, 1999, Friedrich A. Zimmermann has been its federal chairman, and Klaus J. Loderer was elected as his successor on November 18, 2006. The current federal chairman since 2017 is Joschi Ament.

The Landsmannschaft was founded in Munich in 1949 and merged in 1980 with the other association of the Hungarian Germans , the Hungarian German Landsmannschaft (UDL).
