Farewell (certificate)
As a farewell , latin recessus , eingedeutscht recess , a document called, which lists the decisions of a quorum, a meeting of a parliament or a provincial. Alternative terms are memorial or arbitration . Examples of farewells are state parliament or Reich farewells or Hanseatic processes . A well-known farewell was, for example, the Reichsdeputationshauptschluss of 1803.
Public law provisions were formally adopted in such a document , so that they were made available to the public. Also documents in which the results of church visitations were recorded could be called farewells , in this case visitation farewells .
