Lars Paaske (born January 18, 1976 ) is a badminton player from Denmark .

Athletic career

Lars Paaske started at the Olympics for the first time in 2000, but retired in the preliminary round of the men's doubles with Martin Lundgaard Hansen . Paaske also took part in the 2004 Summer Olympics with his partner Jonas Rasmussen . In the men's doubles it was surprisingly the end of the last sixteen, as they had traveled to the Olympics as world champions. In 2008 the big dream of an Olympic medal was within reach, but they were defeated both in the semifinals and in the game for third place and thus took the ungrateful fourth place in the final bill.

Lars Paaske and Jonas Rasmussen became European champions in men's doubles in 2008, and in 2010 they won the All England .
