Laser target marker

A laser target marker can be:

• a laser sight , see sight (weapon)
• the target illumination with a laser beam to a laser-guided bomb by means of which scattered radiation to lead the finish
• the Airborne Wingman Laser Designation process, in which a laser-guided weapon is not directed directly from the aircraft to be dropped, but from another helicopter or aircraft into the target.
