Laurent joke
Laurent Witz (born November 21, 1975 in Haguenau ) is a French animator and film producer.
Life
Witz studied at the École supérieure d'art de Lorraine in Metz and between 1997 and 1998 was the director of four of his own animated films. He taught himself his knowledge of 3D animation. He went to Luxembourg in 2002 , where he worked as an animator, among other things, on the first Luxembourg long-animation film The New Adventures by Reineke Fuchs . In 2007 he founded the production company ZEILT Productions and in 2010 the company WATT Frame. ZEILT was an executive producer for animated advertising campaigns, among other things. In cooperation between the two production companies, the short animation film Mr Hublot was created from 2012 , for which Witz and co-director Alexandre Espigares received the Oscar in the category Best Animated Short Film in 2014.
