Laurie Styvers

Laurie Styvers (born August 3, 1951 , † 1997 ) was an American folk-pop singer.

Life

Styvers was a backing singer for the London band Justine in the late 1960s. Already in 1970 she left the band to concentrate on a solo career. From this time their only two albums Spilt Milk (1972) and The Colorado Kid (1973) emerged, which were not very successful commercially. After she ended her solo career, she returned to the United States. She passed away in 1997.
