Le Rocher Gris ( French for The Gray Rock ) is a rocky island in the Géologie archipelago off the coast of the East Antarctic Adélieland . At the head of the Baie Pierre Lejay , it is halfway between the Governor's Island and Cap André Prud'homme .
French scientists named the rock descriptively in 1958.
